Governor of Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin congratulates the partners from the Caspian countries as well as Uzbekistan on the occasion of Nowruz

Igor Babushkin congratulated the presidents, heads of relevant ministries, consular offices of the Caspian countries and Uzbekistan on the occasion of Nowruz.

The telegrams of congratulations were sent to the regions of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Uzbekistan, with which Astrakhan maintains partnership relations.
