Russia and Kazakhstan are the reliable partners, Russian and Kazakhs are two nations that closely interact for many centuries in peace and harmony. Each year more than a hundred joint projects appear as a result of our partnership in various spheres of industry, economy, education, tourism and culture.
"Relations of Russia with the Republic of Kazakhstan are very important today. Askhat Syzdykov, the Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan Astrakhan said in his speech: "Cross-border interregional cooperation is an integral part of Russia and Kazakhstan relations. There are 15 Russian theaters in Kazakhstan, for example, and our artists constantly on tour across Russia. We must make every effort to ensure that our friendly relations won’t be interrupted”.
Nurbek Shaymakov from the Ministry of international and foreign economic relations of Astrakhan region outlined the main trends of cooperation between Astrakhan region and the Republic of Kazakhstan, including international agreements and joint cultural projects - already implemented and only planned.
Darkhan Ualikhanov, director of "Mangistau-Media” company noted the following: "To continue effective, cross-border cooperation it is necessary to take into account Information Partnership, which should originate from local sources. Often, we get the information that may not sufficiently reflect the objective reality of the event.
Kazakh political analyst Jannat Asabaeva said that special role in cooperation plays the joint struggle against the ideology and practice of religious extremism. "We can see that both Russia and Kazakhstan are conducted multilateral efforts to combat extremism. The lack of a visa-free regime makes our problems even more common, and it is necessary to make every effort for closer cooperation. "
According to Eldar Idrissov, Deputy Director for Science of the Astrakhan branch of RANHiGS despite active cooperation between the authorities and business circles of Russia and Kazakhstan, it is necessary to strengthen the process of peer interaction, communication and exchange of opinions. He also raised the important issue of young people attitude to the Russian-Kazakh cooperation.
At the end of the meeting the participants came to the conclusion that, despite the priority of economic cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan, cultural, scientific and educational partnership between our countries is also very important.
