Acting Head of Astrakhan Customs appointed

Andrey Onipko, who previously held the post of deputy head of the Novorossiysk customs was appointed.

 

He is 51 years old, a native of Sochi. He graduated from the Tambov Higher Military Aviation School and the Russian Customs Academy with a degree in customs.

 

He has been working in the customs since 1993. He has consistently worked his way up from the inspector of the Sochi Airport customs post to the first deputy head of the Sochi Customs.

 

For conscientious performance of official duties, he was repeatedly encouraged by the leadership of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, the Southern Customs Administration and other departments.

 

Married and has 3 sons.
